2.: Run the setup file from the image and wait 40-45 minutes and then play

Any one getting the problem of "engine.ini" in Mass Effect Download this patch it will solve the problem.(thanks to ar31an_09 for the patch)

patch install instructions:
just copy the two folders one is config folder and the other one is splash folder, then go to yor Mass effect installed directory and then go to bioware folder and paste the both two folders there which you have just copied
